Service Level Agreement
Providing fast, high-quality solutions to incoming problems is not easy. That’s why we have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) feature to help you set and stick to standards and satisfy your customers. With service levels that measure the time it takes to respond to and resolve problems, you can set goals and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction. SLAs can also be automatically applied to new incoming issues. Technical support hours can also be set to properly communicate with your customers.
Warranty Record
You can record and manage warranty and annual maintenance contracts for products sold to customers easily using Serial Number, and you can know exactly which units are in or out of warranty for correct warranty claims, assign the customer accurately and in detail. If a product offered is large or installed at the customer’s site, this can be handled using the maintenance visits feature.
